Accepted Forms of Payment: American Express, COD (cash on delivery), Discover, MasterCard, Money Order / Cashiers Check, Personal Check, Visa, Wire Transfer
Cash, Credit Cards, Personal Checks, Cashier's Checks, Money Orders, and Bank Wire Transfers are accepted. Credit Card payments can be made through the Invaluable WePay service on the invoice. Cashier's Checks and Money Orders will require 1 week for clearance, while Personal Checks will require at least 2 weeks. Bank wire transfer instructions will be provided upon request.
Payment must be received within 48 hours of receipt of invoice. Pennington Antiques will charge the card on file if payment is not made within four (4) days of the conclusion of the auction. If payment is not received within the window of payment, Pennington Antiques and Consignment has the right to decline transaction and possibly resale the item. Full payment of the items is required before we can release the item to shippers and or the buyers.
Shipping arrangements and costs are the responsibility of the winning bidder. Pennington Antiques can offer in-house shipping services for smaller items. Shipping quotes can be processed for eligible items, and only after the invoice is paid. Shipper references are available by request. All pick-ups and shipping arrangements should be made during the time of payment and no later than two (2) weeks following the conclusion of the auction. Full payment of the items is required before we can release the item to shippers and or the buyers.
