该场拍卖不接受任何形式的违约行为，请谨慎竞投！ The Japanese Works of Art sale features a large number of artworks, including paintings and early ceramics from the collection of Dr Oliver Impey (1936-2005) and Dr Jane (Mellanby) Impey (1938-2021) of Cumnor Place, Oxford. Another highlight of the sale is a fantastic album of woodblock prints by Utagawa Hiroshige (1797–1858), entitled 'Famous Views of the Sixty-odd Provinces'. These sixty-nine prints depicting various views of Japan were published in the 1850s. This series seldom comes on the market, and the prints' fantastic condition makes this album an even rarer example. Good cloisonné pieces will also be on offer, including a rare square-section koro (incense burner) by Namikawa Yasuyuki (1845–1927) delicately painted with birds and branches of flowering prunus on a deep black ground. Other pieces bear the marks of Hayashi Kodenji, Hattori Tadasaburo, and other artists.Lots 210-229 are a good selection of Kacho-ga (bird and flowers prints), mainly by Ohara Koson (1877-1945), from the private collection of a British artist, formed in the 1990s.Ghosts, monsters, yokai and bakemono will also feature, as part of a collection of paintings and prints depicting a variety of spectres.
