A Shiwan ceramic peach shaped tripod brush washer with a mottled white, blue, and black glaze and dating from the Ming dynasty. It is shaped like a peach and has a sculpted branch with smaller peaches along the top. Dimensions are: 1 1/2 inches tall X 7 1/4 inches wide. All measurements are approximate. Condition: Some minor chips to the stem area and general age wear. Provenance: From a Toronto, Canada collector who collected all of the items in Hong Kong prior to the 1970s.
