Jacob Daniel Arnoldi (1806 – 1873) and Johannes Willem Wielick (1790 -1867). From 1836 to 1863 Arnoldi, together with co-partner Wielick ran Arnoldi & Wielick, they continued the workshop of Hendrik Smits, where Arnoldi probably worked. The firm specialised in large silver works and supplied products to retailers Benen & Zonen and HJ Verschuur. In 1863 Wielick left the company and Arnoldi continued under his own name until his death in 1873. His wife and daughters continued the business for a few months, until they handed it over to the silversmith Frans Ernst Held.
