Chinese pearl court necklace, ChaoZhu beads. 19th C., Qing Dynasty court necklace comprised of well strung 108 natural round shape pearls accented by four larger carved beads. Encircled toward the center Fotou connecting to a golden-yellow ribbon suspending oval shaped filigree mounted with lapis-lazuli pendant, bordered with two Fu-bats shaped carved red-coral, followed by the central back-cloud (BeiYun) tourmaline gourd shaped pendant. Additional three strings of ten pearl beads each suspending a similar tourmaline pendants, with butterfly bead cap.
