A very worn smooth feeling tiny jar that is decorated with a peacock feather design. This jar is from the Ming dynasty when Chinese traders and trade where strong.A small round blueish gray glazed porcelain body with a short neck and small mouth. There is a slight raised cut foot. The base is not glazed. The body of the jar is decorated with four stylized peacock feathers in a smoky blue cobalt. A scalloped design circles the neck. A dark ring of glaze has pooled above the foot. The jar rests flat on its base.There are no marks or labels.MEASUREMENTS 2 ??a€ (5.7 cm) diameter x 1 7/8a€ (6.8 cm) tall.
