A strand made from 82 Russian dark blue trade beads that were made for trade around the world especially the Pacific Northwest. The deep blue color was made to dazzle.Deep blue five sided glass beads that have thickness and weight to them. They are handmade and show irregularities in color, size, and shape. Some have glass flaws like dimples and lines. Most beads have sharp edges at the top and bottom. They are strung through a raffia string.The beads were purchased in Portland, Oregon from a trusted dealer of Native American arts who attributed to the Northwest Coast Indian tribes.MEASUREMENTS Strand hangs 14a€ around the neck. 25a€ of beads. Bead Size: range from 7-9 mm thick by 6-10mm long. Weight 2.0 oz (55 g)CONDITION There are wear scratches on many beads and there are bigger chips on a few beads. The beads could use a cleaning.
