Description: Blue and white porcelain. China, Ming dynasty and later
One small jarlet with shaded blue floral design, on the bottom is a collection number written in silver. One distinctive lidded sauce pot with a curved handle and spout. Six saucers of different sizes with floral motifs, one marked. Three bowls with floral motifs, two with marks. One lidded pot with sweet pea and square scroll motif, the pointed finial on the cover is broken, on the bottom is a collection number written in gold. One dish from a water find with a decorative central shou character mark, representing longevity and three rows of dense, stylized Sanskrit characters for the sacred “om” syllable, mark on the bottom.
Dimensions: HEIGHT from 4.5 to 15 CM, DIAMETER from 11 to 19 CM
Condition: The glaze has wear and encrustations on one bowl due to the long period of exposure to sea water; chips along the edges - otherwise in good condition
