The larger pair is modelled seated on a mottled yellow, green, and aubergine-glazed plinth besdie a column which forms the joss stick holder, the smaller pair seated on a rectangular plinth glazed in aubergine.

Condition: The larger pair
One: with some chips to the edges, losses and restorations, including to the tips of the joss stick holder, the raised paw, the eyes, and there is no brocade ball.
The other: with some chips and restorations, including to the tip of the joss stick holder, the ribbon, and to one tooth.
The smaller pair:
One: appears to be in overall good condition.
The other: with various restorations, including to the paw and the cub have been restuck, the nodes on the spine have been retouched.
