The group comprises: a baluster vase decorated with dragons and flowers, the base with an apocryphal Kangxi mark, the associated cover is surmounted by a Buddhist lion finial; a ?phoenix and peony? vase and cover, with an apocryphal Kangxi mark; a double-gourd vase decorated with scrolling lotus; a ?dragon and cloud? bottle vase, the base with an apocryphal Kangxi mark; and a ?chilong? bottle vase decorated with flowers and two moulded confronting chilong to the neck and shoulder.
The ?dragon and flower? vase: 39 cm. high
The ?phoenix and peony? vase: 22 cm. high
The double goud vase: 19.2 cm. high
The bottle vase: 23.5 cm. high
The ?chilong? vase: 26 cm. high
Condition: The baluster vase and cover: there is a curved crack to the shoulder (approx. 7.3 cm. wide); a restored section of approx. 1/3 of the rim. and some further infilled chips; there are frits to the Buddhist lion finial.
The ?phoenix and peony? vase and cover: there is a crack to the rim (approx. 2 cm. long); flake chips to the vase and cover.
The double gourd vase: there is a chip to the rim (approx. 0.9 cm.).
The bottle vase: appears to be in overall good condition.
The chilong vase: two sections of the rim have been restuck, and a small chip to the foot
