The deer is one of the more favored depictions of Kondh bronzes. It was important game for the tribe and therefore holds special value to the Kondh. It is depicted here with large and eyes and nostrils and the Immediately visible, when compared to the rest of the body, very large antlers, which are crafted precisely and naturalistically.

Condition: Good condition, minor wear to the surface of the bronze
