A Parcel-Gilt Silver Bowl tang dynasty (618-906) with rounded sides raising from short flared foot rings to gently everted rims, covered overall with a thin layer of black lacquer, the body finely worked in repousse with geese and mandarin ducks in flight amongst grasses and floral sprays, all against the stippled ground and highlighted in gilt, with Japanese wood outer storage box.
