Chinese Ming blue and white porcelain plate, center body well-painted in soft violet-blue tones with composite shade of cobalt-blue glazed, fruiting pomegranate abundant with foliate enclosed within double fine rings compromising the cavetto, before band of lotus bloom with interlocking vines abundance on the rim, all reserved against plain white under-glazed ground. The underside left unglazed, with pale-creme base and grayish-creme firing spots.
