Painted wooden body and head with red face, crown, gold torso; b) Pair of Japanese puppets with plastic heads painted in features possibly akin to Indonesian puppet theatre. Rag bodies covered in colorful, robe-like garments. Pink puppet has wooden feet and hands sewn to cloth body, with holes in hands implicating manipulation by rods. Possibly early 20th century.
