Description:
A WHITE JADE CARVING OF TWO MUSHROOMS, QING
China, 18th century. The broad and smooth mushroom caps with rounded edges and dimpled at the center, with a small butterfly at the side, the stems entwined and curling upwards, the stone of even pale greenish-white color with few russet inclusions.
Provenance: The Durwin Tang Collection of Chinese Jades.
Condition: Excellent condition.

Note that this can both serve as toggle or as pendant, with a natural piercing for suspension.
