Description:
A SACRIFICIAL BLUE-GLAZED VASE, TIANQIUPING
China, Qianlong underglaze-blue six-character seal mark and of the period (1736-1795). The vase is of globular form rising to a tall, slightly flared, columnar neck. It is applied overall with a thick, vibrant and deep blue glaze, nicely dripping off around the foot.
Provenance: Swiss private collection, purchased before 1950 in Shanghai. Thence by descent. Old collector label to base, inscribed with typewriter “Chien-Lung Mark & Period”.
Condition: Excellent condition with some wear, minor surface scratches, minuscule flake to glaze drippings around foot, tiny hairline of 1.5 cm to inner neck, the glaze with crackling throughout.

深藍釉天球瓶
中國,青花乾隆六字款及年代
(1736-1795)。圓球形腹,長頸,撇口。瓶身施厚重的深藍色釉至圈足。
來源:瑞士私人收藏,1950年前購於上海。自此保存至今。底足老收藏標簽 “Chien-Lung Mark & Period”。
品相:極好品相,一些磨損,表面輕微刻痕,圈足部分微小的片狀釉滴,頸内有1,5厘米長的髮絲綫,釉面開片。
