Description: A TIBETAN GILT REPOUSSE FRAGMENT OF A DAKINI PROBABLY DENSATIL MONASTERY, CIRCA 14TH/15TH CENTURY
The large high relief gilt metal fragment depicting a dancing four armed dakini on a single lotus throne, decorated in fine jewels, holding two hands at her hips, the other two holding a khatvanga and a damaru. Together with a fitted perspex stand.

Minor wear to the gilding, small dents including to one side of the face, a couple of very small tears to the repousse at the dakinis left foot area, probably from repairing a dent in the past.
