Very rare late 19th-cent. triptych depicting a historical military scene with the Japanese commander-in-chief Kato Kiyomasa (1562-1611) during the Japanese invasions of Korea (1592-1598). – Occ. sl. foxed/ browned, vague crease in the middle, but nevertheless in good condition (not examined out of frame).
