Description
AN OPAQUE BROWN GLASS SNUFF BOTTLE, QING
China, 18th- earlier 19th century. The faceted bottle made of thick brown glass showing several band-shaped inclusions, thus imitating the appearance of a banded agate. Amber stopper with silvered metal collar.
Condition: Some wear and minor scratches, very tiny nibbling.
Provenance: Hungarian private collection.
Dimensions: Height 8 cm including stopper.
