Political Figure of the People's Republic of China, Chinese People Deputy Minister of Labour of the Republic. In 1920, Liu Zijiu was admitted to Qingzhou Shandong Provincial Tenth Middle School. In September 1924, Wang Jingmei and Wang Xiangqian introduced him to join the Communist Party of China. After the May 25 tragedy, he participated in leading the student movements in Jinan and Qingdao. In November, he was in charge of the Shandong local executive committee of the Communist Party of China. In February 1928, he was appointed member of the Standing Committee of the Shandong Provincial Party Committee of the Communist Party of China and was responsible for organizational work.
