ROLEX - a lady's Oyster Perpetual Datejust bracelet watch. Circa 1973. Stainless steel case with diamond set yellow metal bezel. Reference 6917, serial 3629478. Signed automatic calibre 2030. Mother-of-pearl dial with diamond dot hour markers, date aperture to three. Fitted to a signed bi-metal Oyster bracelet with stainless steel Oysterclasp, with personal engraving. 25mm. Movement has scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear visible when viewed under a 4x loupe. Third party afterset dial appears to be in an average condition with some light marks and scratches when viewed under a 4x loupe. Dial and diamonds are third party, they have not been supplied and set by Rolex. Coronet at 12 shows tarnishing.Hands show marks and tarnishing with discolouration to the luminous paint. Glass has some scratches and marks when viewed under a 4x loupe. Case shows noticeable scratches, marks and dints. Third party afterset bezel.Crown screws down and has noticeable scratches and dinting. Bracelet has scratches and signs of stretching and twisting to links. Clasp is currently functioning and shows light scratches and marks. There is an obvious heavy dent to the clasp as well as personal engraving.Bracelet measures approximately 13cm including case. This is a very short bracelet and no spare links are included in the lot.This lot does not come with box or papers.Although a sample of the stones in this piece have tested as diamonds, we are unable to guarantee that every single one is a diamond due to the nature of the piece.
