ROLEX - a gentleman's Oysterdate Perpetual bracelet watch. Circa 1959. Stainless steel case. Reference 6518. Signed automatic calibre 1000, numbered 475789. Silvered dial with arrowhead hour markers, date aperture to three. Fitted to a signed stainless steel bracelet with Oysterclasp. 34mm. Movement is currently functioning. Movement has scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear visible to the naked eye. Movement is heavily tarnished with scratches. Dial appears to have noticeable marks and scratches. Hour markers show heavy tarnishing and the dial is in a very poor condition. Hands show noticeable marks and tarnishing. Hands are tarnished and paint is has faded.Glass has scratches and marks. Case shows noticeable scratches, marks and dints. Bezel is heavily worn particularly on the top and bottom, small dints on top of right-hand lug.Crown has light scratches and marking. Bracelet has light scratches and some signs of light stretching to links. Bracelet is fairly loose within the lugs.Clasp is currently functioning and shows light scratches and marks.
