Description A Chinese banded agate snuff bottle dating from the 18th century. The snuff bottle has a coral stopper carved with a bat and a peach. Dimensions are: 2 3/4 inches tall X 2 inches wide, 6.9 cm tall X 5.1 cm wide. All measurements are approximate.

Provenance From Mrs. Fullerton in New Jersey. Her father, Maurice Etangs was chief of police in Tianjin, China and lived there from 1935 to 1945. These items were collected during those times.
