The statue features 1 central figure surrounded by 5 attendants, the pedestal features 2 lions and 2 figures holding a peach with writing on the other 3 sides. Dimensions: 19 inches tall X 10 inches wide; 48.3 cm tall X 25.4 cm wide. All measurements are approximate.

Literature A carved stone statue from the Northern Wei Dynasty depicting a Buddhist Triad sold as Lot 529 at Christie's New York on March 15, 2017. A similar stone statue of a Buddha with two Boddhisattvas is in the collection of the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, accession number 24.27 (fig. 1). Another carved stone statue of a seated Buddha with two Boddhisattvas dating from the Eastern Wei Dynasty is in the collection of the National Museum of Asian Art, Washington, DC, accession number F1909.285 (fig. 2).
