A pewter pilgrim's badge of a bird (dove?) with an olive branch in its mouth, V-shaped chain to its back, scroll with motto 'amor uincit omia[sic]' for amor vincit omnia 'love conquers all'. 10.6 grams, 62mm (2 1/2"). From the property of a Cambridgeshire gentleman; formerly in a collection formed prior to 2000. Fine condition.
