A Chinese toggle dating from the 18th to 19th century. The toggle features a pair of orange agate carvings of fruit. Dimensions are: 1 1/8 inches in diameter, 2.9 cm in diameter. All measurements are approximate. Condition: It is in good condition. Provenance: From Mrs. Fullerton in New Jersey. Her father, Maurice Etangs, was chief of police in Tianjin, China and lived there from 1935 to 1945. These items were collected during that time.
