清代 玉雕螭龍紋帶鉤
the first a grey jade example with black speckles, some russet and white skins, a fierce dragon head forming the hook, the wide shaft carved in high relief showing a sinuous chilong, the reverse carved with a rectangular opening and a loose ring; the second a pale celadon example, of an even colored tone, decorated with a dragon head-form terminal and a climbing chilong on the shaft, raised on a fitted hardwood stand.
Length of larger 4 1/8 in., 10.5 cm.
