OWL, XIANFENG MARK, QING DYNASTY (1644-1912), comprising a small square footed bowl with slightly everted gilt painted petal form rim over flower sprigs with four?species of crickets and a fly, verso an overglaze maroon Xianfeng style zhuanshu seal mark, height: 2 1/2" width: 5 1/2" depth: 5 5/8"; with a pair of?dishes painted with two dancing maidens, a garden seat and planter are encirled by an interior and exterior band of plum blossom with magpie, lotus, chrysanthemum, peony sprays?with a gilt edge, verso an overglaze maroon Xianfeng style Zhuan Shu seal mark, diameter: 9 3/4".
