An Imperial yellow-ground embroidered silk kang cushion cover
QianlongOf rectangular shape with rounded corners, finely embroidered in shades of blue, pink and white, with a central medallion enclosing a dense scrolling motif of interlocking lotuses, peonies and angular scrolls, interspersed with smaller flowerheads and bats and centred around a large headed peony with Peking-knot centre, all framed by a gilt thread key-fret border and surrounded by further scrolling lotuses and bats. 101cm (39 3/4in) x 86cm (33 7/8in)
