18th centuryEach embroidered on the apricot ground in mirror image with a pair of deer amongst clouds, flanking a central group of craggy rocks upon blue waves, with the foot of a giant bird visible descending from above onto the rocks.The largest: 28cm (11in) x 54cm (21 1/4in) (2).
