He collected Chinese and Japanese art most of his life.

A Chinese patinated bronze figure of a Daoist Immortal with a long beard, dressed in a robe with long sleeves, looped waist, a hat with emblem; in his right hand a rustick stick. Late Ming/early Qing 17th-18th century. Weight 10061 g. H. 46 cm. Provenance: The Swedish city architect Salomon S?rensen, 1856–1937. Salomon S?rensen was Malm?'s architect in the years 1893–1924. He collected Chinese and Japanese art most of his life. The submission of bids on this lot number requires the prior registration of a valid debit/credit card, presentation of photo ID and the payment of a deposit of 50.000 DKK on request. Registration of debit/credit card, photo ID and deposit is due no later than the 27th of November.
