Two paintings, one depicting Kali seated on Shiva and Sava within a flaming pyre, wearing a necklace of skulls and with weapons in her hand. The other depicting a Mughal emperor with noblemen. Both gouache on paper. India, 19th century. 24 cm. x 19 cm. and 22 cm. x 29 cm. (2) Provenance: Nurse anesthetist Birgit Trier and Ph.D. and M.Sc.Eng. Jesper Trier 1932–2017. The submission of bids on this lot number requires the prior registration of a valid debit/credit card, presentation of photo ID and the payment of a deposit of 50.000 DKK on request. Registration of debit/credit card, photo ID and deposit is due no later than the 27th of November.
