Each of circular form and decorated in shades of underglaze blue, comprising: one with everted mouth rim, painted to the exterior with lotus scroll, the interior with a lotus medallion, the glazed base with Kangxi mark and of the period; and one with foliate rim painted to the exterior with a scene of ladies in a terraced garden, a further figure to the interior and a pendant vine pattern to the inner rim, the glazed base with an apocryphal Chenghua mark. Period: both Kangxi (1662-1722). Diameter: 12.5 and 16 cm.
