Bronze China, Qing Dynasty (1636 - 1911) Dimensions: Height 15,5 cm Weight: 947,8 grams Four-armed Guanyin Bodhisattva seated on a double reverse lotus throne with beaded rim in lotus position with legs crossed, soles of feet showing. Dressed in a flowy robe, the torso adorned with jewellery. Two hands are joined together in front of the chest, praying, the others are lifted to the side showing different mudras. The face has small features, head adorned with elaborate tiara encircling a small effigy of Amithaba Buddha.
