Bronze Nepal, 14th to 15th century Dimensions: Height 8,2 cm by 4,5 cm Weight: 83 grams Bronze of Shiva seated on a bull prostrate on open-work lotus throne. Shiva has four arms, two lifted to the sides, one in front of the chest gesturing a mudra and another one resting on his knee holding something. His head is backed by an aureole. The bronze figure shows heavy rub-off which suggests avid use possibly as talisman.
