This deposit will be refunded to the non winning bidders in approx. 7 business days. Winning bidders will have 7 days to make payment in full in order to be released from the verification charge.

Dimensions: 24" H x 13" Diam.A very fine Chinese porcelain baluster forms vase. Potted in an ovoid lower body, tapered gracefully toward straight tall neck leading to a slightly incurved rim, raised on a splayed foot base. Two gilt over glazed dragon shaped handles flanked on the neck. The exterior decorated in highly complicated pictorial compositions of colorful Famille rose detail painting, depicted immortals in various pursuits against a waterside landscape scene. Interspersed by colorful scrolling tendrils lotus and Bajixiang the Eight Buddhist Emblems motifs over a ruby-red underglaze ground. Banded with interlocking ruyi pattern on the rim and foot, and numerous auspicious ribbons and gilt ring around neck and shoulders. The immaculate porcelain body covered with a characteristic silky glaze, pooling on the base slightly veiling the mark. The composition is sophisticated and the decoration colors are simply a feast for the eye. Mark on turquoise-green underglaze base, a six underglaze iron-red seal script -ZhuanShu- characters reign mark, Qianlong Reign Period of Great Qing.
