Moulded in the form of a boat, the interior depicting a iron-red five-clawed dragon within ruyi clouds, the underside painted with two iron-red five-clawed dragons striding among clouds in pursuit of a 'flaming pearl', the base inscribed in black enamel with a four character Yanghe Tang zhi hall mark within double squares, width 5.5" — 13.8 cm.

The current lot was featured in the first issue of Cang You Jing Ying 藏友精英 published in the 1990s
Note:
The Yanghe Tang ('Hall for Cultivating Harmony') was built during the reign of the Qianlong Emperor 乾隆 and located in the Summer Palace Yuanming Yuan 圓明園. Porcelain vessels intended for this hall and marked accordingly were produced into the 19th century.
