Light Keyaki wood offering the base for the application of various utensils used for tea ceremony made of different materials such as: Sumitori with black pieces of coal, a Hab?ki of delicately engraved and dyed bone, the Gotoku of black wood on one side. The other side displays a red Raku-Chawan with Chasen of light wood, suggesting bamboo, with a Natsume of ebony and a slender Cha-shaku of bone. H.8.2cm. Signed: Masanao on rectangular panel of dark wood. Probably Miyake Chogoro (1848-1921). Condition A. Supplement: Long Ojime of stag antler.
