Description: Late 19th C. French gilt bronze and porcelain Sevres center table with magnificent bronze work, signed by noted Sevres artist, A. Maglin. Top has 9 inset porcelain painted plaques with the center plaque being the largest. Features sea nymphs frollicking in the waves with dolphins. Dore bronze attachments throughout with Sevres insets. Base is flanked with 2 gilt bronze puttis with mermaid tails, playing horns. Both sides of the table base have blue & gilt enamel cartouches. Measures 31"H x 43.5"L x 31.5"W. Condition: Some repairs to onyx and loose pieces of bronze, see photos. Examine all photos closely. Contact AAG for more detailed information if needed.
