Description: A TIBETO-CHINESE GILT BRONZE FIGURE OF USHNISHAVIYJAYA CIRCA 19TH CENTURY
The cast gilt bronze figure of the eight-armed, three-faced, crowned female longevity Buddha, seated on a double lotus throne, wearing flowing robes and elegant jewels, with large hooped earrings and hair tied in a chignon. Traces of pigment remaining in the hair and crown.
