A Chinese patinated bronze Luduan censer, the beast stands with clawed feet, legs with flamelike hair, the body and back head with cloud spirals and lingzhi in relief. Ming 1368–1644. Weight 2273 g. H. 23 cm. Provenance: The Swedish city architect Salomon S?rensen, 1856–1937. Salomon S?rensen was Malm?'s architect in the years 1893–1924. He collected Chinese and Japanese art most of his life. The submission of bids on this lot number requires the prior registration of a valid debit/credit card, presentation of photo ID and the payment of a deposit of 50.000 DKK on request. Registration of debit/credit card, photo ID and deposit is due no later than the 27th of November.
