Description A Chinese famille rose floor vase depicting courtly scenes against a floral ground and dating from the late Qing dynasty. The vase has a pair of guardian lion with cub handles. Dimensions are: 24 inches tall X 9 inches wide, 61 cm X 22.9 cm. All measurements are approximate.

Condition Report There are chips to the rim and handles and one abrasion to the body. There is glaze chipping present.
Provenance From the estate of a surgeon in the Washington, D.C. area. The items were acquired from various auction houses including Christie's and Sotheby's prior to the 1990s.
