Description: A group of three Japanese stoneware chaire and a karamono chaire
18th-19th century
Comprising: a squat jar-shaped chaire with dripped beige glaze, Takatori or Karatsu, possibly 16th/17th century; a chaire of katatsugi form, possibly Oribe; a finely potted ovoid karamono chaire; a ko-Bizen chaire of katatsugi form with a dimpled cylindrical body, "Z" kiln mark; three with turned ivory covers.
