Handling fees are never charged. We always work to find the appropriate carrier at the most reasonable rate whatever the size shipment. Work with several large reasonably priced shippers depending on your area. Smaller items are carefully packed. All items will be shipped with UPS and be privately insured at no extra charge. All items will be shipped 24 - 48 hours after payment has been received (we ship every day except Saturday and Jewish Holidays). We cannot ship parcels unless a telephone number is provided which is needed by the delivery personal. The insurance covers both damage and loss. Delivery loss ends at the time that UPS states the item has been safely delivered (in some countries that is the front door unless UPS is contacted to schedule a delivery time, which is the clients responsibility once we have given tracking details). Clients not being available during their scheduled delivery void the insurance as well. If a client requests to pickup their parcel at the UPS facility loss insurance is void. Damage insurance ends after the first 24 hours, in which time patrons must provide photos of the damaged item and the packing material. Sufficient evidence must be provided that shows the item was damaged in transit and not after delivery. Photos will be cross verified with the UPS delivery staff. Return Policy: We have a 3 day return policy on all our items, no questions asked. As long as the items are returned in the state they were received we will issue a full refund, minus the cost of the initial shipping. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The item must be returned using a tracking and signed for service such as UPS. Custom duties and other charges incurred on our end due to items not being properly undervalued by the customer or penalties incurred due to missing documents, will also be subtracted.
